Every provider submits a government-issued ID and a selfie through Stripe Identity before they can receive any jobs.

Work eligibility review

Work authorization documents are manually reviewed where required. Regulated categories require service credential checks.

Background report review

Providers consent to a background report review as part of the onboarding process. Results are reviewed before approval.

Secure Stripe payments

All transactions go through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on DoorCrew servers or shared with providers.

Live booking updates

Get real-time push notifications when your provider is confirmed, en route, and when the job is complete.
